Dear Mr,

I am writing to complain about your purchase of the product. I bought a washing machine with serial no. 14045 from one of your outlets.

The product is not working properly. The water player can’t move and when operated the machine gets very hot quickly. I've filed a complaint with your customer service center, but no action has been taken to date.

I ask you to take action to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
